Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Account Management

You must notify pub201 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

This process involves collecting and verifying government-issued identification documents and proof of address. pub201 reserves the right to suspend Account functionality — including withdrawals — until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination

pub201 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Age or identity misrepresentation;
• A court order or regulatory direction from PAGCOR;

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pub201 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements and AML checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with playing games on pub201. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the express prior written consent of pub201.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

11.3 Maximum Liability

pub201's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pub201 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Your Responsibility

You access and use the pub201 Platform entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for all wagers placed from your Account and for all losses incurred through gameplay. pub201 does not guarantee any outcome or return from any game or wager placed on the Platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
